Cancellation Policy

We require cards on file to secure appointments. All appointments must be canceled with 24 hours to avoid fees. If you have used henna dye, we MUST be aware. Be sure to include use of SPLAT, or any vivid colors, as well.

If you are looking for a big change, have a corrective color situation (ie: red to blonde, box color, platinum, fantasy color) please send us a current photo, along with a goal photo. We close at 7 on Tuesdays, 5:30/6 Wed and Thurs, and 7:45 Fridays. Saturday 10-4.
